Necklaces are sent in a padded envelope via a trackable method (UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance). Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of receipt of order.

Customer Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the necklace. Please return your jewelry in a padded envelope and send it via a trackable method (UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation). A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the necklace as long as it is in perfect condition. If damage has occurred because you did not package the jewelry carefully, only a partial refund will be issued. You may wish to insure the package.

 Restring Info:

Amazzone Jewelry are amulets in the most ancient and esoteric sense. Each piece is charged with energies of the Deity as well as the beads’ own spiritual vibrations. I recommend smudging your necklace with sage after wearing it to clear any energies that it has collected and transmuted for you. Due to the vibrational intensity of both positive and challenging energies, these necklaces sometimes break. Certainly, many seen and unseen factors can affect these “living pieces.” If a piece breaks, it could mean the energies were protecting you, or perhaps averting something from happening. The break could be because the piece cleared a tremendous amount of energy, or brought in high levels of some life enhancing energy, and so on. If your necklace should break, I charge $20-$35 for a restring only. Additional restring fees vary depending on the size and number of beads. Please return as many of the original beads as possible. If beads are lost, some can be replaced for a small fee. If a piece breaks within the first seven days of purchase, I will restring the necklace free of charge.

A full empowerment puja and restringing of the piece costs $75-$150. When jewelry is restrung, I purify, re-charge and re-activate all the gemstones and beads. I perform a ritual to the Deity who inhabits the piece in order to restore their energy. I chant mantras and sing songs of devotion in order to rejuvenate the original invocation and intention of the piece.
